We are looking for a talented Global SCM Quality VPI Leader to join our team specializing in Quality for our Corporate Business Segment in Columbus, IN
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Schedule Management - Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
Scope Management - Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
Project Resource Management - Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
Project Issue and Risk Management - Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Provide Quality planning leadership (covering scope, resources and initiatives) throughout the Change lifecycle for key VPI programs, Critical VPCR activity and New Plant Startups.
Engage on Global programs as a core team member responsible to deploy of Manufacturing Safe Launch
Engage with Regional & Plant program teams as the Coach to deploy Manufacturing Safe Launch and COS 9 (Common Problem Solving)
Champion the deployment of COS Practice 3 (Build Quality In) on both the product design and on the production process elements that are critical to quality
Ensure FE excellence deployment for Quality & other departments that support the Quality system, APQP/PPAP and Safe launch planning toolsets
Lead and/or coach problem solving on critical issues that require complex cross functional or multi region coordination.
