Summary
Key responsibilities of this role will focus on creating a solid DATA FOUNDATION for Global Sales and Service (GSS) function that helps deliver various BI solutions. This includes working with DBU region’s ERP applications, consulting with regional ERP/IT consultants to understand the respective revenue streams of the business. Will work with IT partner to define requirements and deliver enhancements to the data model
Your impact will include;
Studies existing tools to decide whether they are applicable to the analytics use cases identified.
Supports solution investigation: is it the right problem for analytics to resolve?
Contributes to the integrity of the data for the model, clarifying data sources and structures to data engineers.
Supports the development of capable data model with data scientists.
Works with business and end users for validating the output of the solution.
Works directly with Subject Matter Experts on specific projects for the analytics use case under development.
Supports the development and maintenance of capable user interface (data visualization).
Captures feedback from business to identify improvements needed.
Coordinates the application of the solution with end users.
Translates output of the solution into clearly descriptive signals that the business can understand.
Conducts user training of the tool and collects feedback.
Sustains, controls, and monitors the solutions for continuous improvement
To be a success in this role you will need;
University degree in Computer engineering or related field
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems used is helpful
Fundamental knowledge about how to manage data quality and adherence to data governance Knowledge about Microsoft business intelligence on-premise and cloud technologies preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
