Education, Licenses, Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgist or related filed.
3 years or more in the specific function.
Knowledge in Norm ISO 9001:2015 (audits and corrective actions).
Management of manual measurement tools.
Quality tools (FODA, Deming circle).
SWOT methodology (desirable).
Ensure the implementation and compliance with the requirements of the current version of the Quality Management System standard (ISO 9001: 2015), to support the business objectives in San Luis Potosí Research and Development Center.
Ensure the communication link between the organization and Corporate Quality and the initiatives.
Identify the key processes of the organization and have objective evidence, at the same time generate a risk analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions implemented.
Ensure documentation at the appropriate level (QSI, Enterprise) by key process and sub-process and, if necessary, its adjustments to comply with effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness and its corresponding training.
When the process so requests, Quality Plans must be created by product or process based on the needs and requirements of the client. This document will define the minimum necessary documentation, as well as those responsible.
Ensure and follow up on:
a)Documentation Review (frequency and methodology are documented in the Document Control Procedure)
b)Internal and external audits
c)Corrective / preventive actions / continuous improvement
e)Compliance with the administration for the calibration or verification or adjustment of measuring equipment in time.
Monitoring of departures by the Management Review monthly, quarterly and annually (Action items).
Keep the Quality Manual updated (Including, scope of the system, stakeholders, key processes)
Creation and monitoring of internal audit program and monitoring of its findings
Manage corrective actions through CQMS (MetricStream)
Training with the topics related to the Quality System
Create and send Quality Alerts at the relevant levels and follow-up on corrective actions if applicable.
Manage the Change Management initiative
Identify and manage the organization's areas of opportunity and key processes through SWOT methodologies.
