We are looking for a talented Engineer to join our team specializing in Quality Engineering for our Power Systems Business in Seymour, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Facilitate continuous improvement quality activities to reduce the potential for defects and ensure continual improvement in process and product design.

  • Ensure products and process development meet quality standards.

  • Identify problems, prioritizes actions, leads or participates in Six Sigma projects.

  • Participates in change management activities by verifying products and processes, developing key measures, analyzing data for decision support, and presenting results to plant leadership.

  • Lead audits of processes and quality systems.

  • Coach and mentor less experienced Quality Engineers.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Degree and 3 plus years' experience or equivalent relevant experience required

  • To be committed to managing and developing a team

  • Inspired by self drive and a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative in nature that leads to strong communication to different audiences
