Black Belt Manager

We are looking for a talented Black Belt Manager to join our team specializing in delivering high level projects to achieve strategic alignment and financial savings across Europe and Worldwide for our Distribution Business Unit. This is a remote opportunity where you will travel up to 25% to various UK and European or Global locations.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Plan, facilitate and leads process improvement projects applying Six Sigma methodologies.

• Implement and monitor strategic improvement initiatives across a variety of business applications and champion Six Sigma processes and methodologies.

• Independently lead continuous improvement projects across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

• Drive results, ensure accountability and the sustainability of improvement outcomes

• Independently engage with senior country leaders for goal tree, hopper and strategy alignment

• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Bachelors hons degree in a Technical Business subject area or qualified by relevant work experience

• Prior Black Belt, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, DMAIC, Value Steam Transformation statistical process improvement experience

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with high level leadership teams internationally.

• Knowledge of MS Office tools

• Fluent in English – Written & Verbal
